What payment methods do you accept?
All prices and payments are charged in Singapore Dollars
(SGD). We accept HitPay – QR Code, E-wallets, and Cards – applicable payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Singapore only to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
International shipping options will be introduced in the future – so please stay tuned for updates!

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and delivered to you within 2-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods or special launches.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been confirmed, amendments or cancellations are generally not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout. For urgent matters, do reach out to us as soon as
possible and we will try our best to assist.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Pets come in all shapes and sizes – which is why we provide
detailed size charts for each product to guide you in finding the right size.

Shipping Policy —

  • Shipping is currently available within Singapore only
  • All orders will be processed and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders)
  • All orders will be shipped with trackable delivery

Fee: $5 (complimentary for orders above $100)
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days

Next-Day Delivery
Fee: $20
Estimated delivery time: Within 1 working day

Incorrect Address Information

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we ship orders promptly after they are placed. Once your package has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery information due to courier limitations. Please double-check all
details and ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate before submitting your order.  

  • Shipping is currently available within Singapore only
  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking
    details will be shared where applicable
  • Velymon is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances – though we will always be more than happy to assist where possible!

Exchange & Return Policy —

Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons:

  • Pet apparel, accessories, and grooming supplies (eg. Comb) are strictly non-refundable
  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective items or incorrect items sent, subject to availability
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos provided
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All approved returns and exchanges will be assessed on a
case-by-case basis.

Defective items / Incorrect Items Received

In the event if you have received defective items or incorrect items, please contact us with clear photos and your order reference number within 7 days. If item is still available in stock, we will offer
one-to-one exchange in its original packaging.

Please note that for hygiene and quality assurance, all items must be returned with its original packaging – unworn and with all tags attached.
